What should I prepare for my notary appointment?
Please ensure all signers are present with valid, government-issued photo IDs. Any documents to be notarized should be complete but remain unsigned until the notary arrives to witness the act.
Which forms of identification are legally acceptable?
We accept non-expired identification such as a State Driver's License, US Passport, US Military ID, or State-issued ID Card. The identification must include a photograph and physical description of the signer.It must also match the name on the document to be notarized and it must not be expired.If you have a question about your ID please call or email before booking.
Who is required to be present during the signing?
Every person whose signature is being notarized must be physically present for in-person visits or virtually present for RON. This includes any required witnesses as specified by the legal document.
